Things have been looking pretty sunny over on Instagram lately. If only that were the actual case for our recent trip to Tortola. It rained for a significant portion of the day every single day except for the last one. That being said, I always appreciate a chance to escape from the city and will take a rainy 80 degree afternoon over the cold any day.

Since a lot of my #ootd’s made it onto stories and not the feed I figured I would round up some of my favorite looks from the trip here and share some pieces I’ve been eyeing as well with warmer days on my mind!

When I pack for these types of trips I try to pack things that I can rewear in different ways. My personal favorite beach style hack is wearing your dinner outfit as a cover up the following day! It saves space in your suitcase and lets you get the most out of each item. I like to make my wardrobe work for me and tend to gravitate towards pieces that can transition from day to night, which definitely helps!
