Friday Five — Vol. 21

I’ve got sunshine on my mind this week. It’s been so overcast lately it has been draining the life out of me. This weekend I have big plans to relax as much as realistically possible for me at this moment in life. The girls are thriving in the new house. Finn is a tiny bit stressed about the current set up — I haven’t put any of the rugs down yet and despite having his bed and three couches to lounge on keeps looking at me like “are you sure we’re home? Where is the vintage rug I like to wipe my face on?” If the weather is nice I’d like to take a walk into town for brunch and go to the beach. Finn is going to lose his mind, he loves to swim so much and this one is dog friendly. I can see us spending many days there this summer. Which brings me to this week’s Friday Five — I am ready for my Nancy Meyers coastal granddaughter era.

Yellow linen dress — Hello sunshine yellow linen dress. The way the straps tie at the back has me sold. Easiest dress to throw on a go for any occasion with the right accessories. It comes in a few colors if yellow isn’t your thing and rings in at just under $100.

Open knit top — Always love a summery knit. Have been seeing this style around so much lately. The detail on this top is so pretty and it is at a great price point.

Jute basket tote — A pretty tote that doubles as the perfect beach bag.

Straw bucket hat – The hat of the season, calling it now!

Zip through sweat — As I touched on earlier this week I have been looking for lightweight spring jackets. Varley has been a go to of mine for elevated loungewear since before Eleanor was born. I bought my first sweater from them while I was pregnant with her and have been hooked ever since. I love the clean lines on this jacket and just know it would become a staple in any wardrobe throughout the seasons.

That’s it from me. Have a great weekend!

xx
