Bourbon Pumpkin Pie Float
The cocktail that doubles as dessert!
Servings: 1
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
- 1.5 oz Bourbon
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- 1/2 tbsp Honey
- 1/4 tbsp Cinnamon
- Dash Vanilla
- Dash Chocolate Bitters
- 1 scoop Chocolate Ice Cream
- 1 oz Soda
Add pumpkin puree to a large glass or shaker.
Add bourbon, simple syrup, honey, and cinnamon.
Stir until combined.
Add a dash of vanilla and chocolate bitters and stir once.
Add one scoop of chocolate ice cream to your serving glass and pour pumpkin bourbon mixture over.
Top with soda.
