Bourbon Pumpkin Pie Float

The cocktail that doubles as dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
  • 1.5 oz Bourbon
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 tbsp Cinnamon
  • Dash Vanilla
  • Dash Chocolate Bitters
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Ice Cream
  • 1 oz Soda

Instructions

  • Add pumpkin puree to a large glass or shaker.
  • Add bourbon, simple syrup, honey, and cinnamon.
  • Stir until combined.
  • Add a dash of vanilla and chocolate bitters and stir once.
  • Add one scoop of chocolate ice cream to your serving glass and pour pumpkin bourbon mixture over.
  • Top with soda.
