I’m a creature of habit, especially when it comes to the jewelry I wear every day. I gravitate towards dainty pieces that can be worn for every occasion. I have always been a jewelry minimalist. Though, I do like to branch out with more fun and trendy pieces every now and then, i.e. earrings on vacation — a long lost concept.

The pieces I put on each morning all hold special meaning to me. With each ring, bracelet, necklace I am reminded of something close to my heart and cannot put into words how happy that makes me. I have been very careful about how I add to my collection over time. I want everything to feel cohesive, elegant, and timeless. I tend to prefer gold over silver, and am always drawn to more subtle designs that catch the light.

The pieces I wear every single day —

White Gigi Bracelet – We have had a chat or two over the years about how special this bracelet is to me. I purchased it after we came up with our plan to start our family. I lovingly refer to it as my “baby bracelet”.

White Gigi Necklace – I purchased this necklace as a gift to myself last winter to commemorate our breastfeeding journey. We made it far longer than I ever dreamed we would. I remember so vividly saying to myself “let’s just try to make it six weeks”, then twelve… six months… one year. I am so proud of us for making it so far. This necklace had been on my wishlist for a while and thought it would be especially nice as it matched my bracelet.

Jane Pope Name Ring – My mother’s day gift this year from E.

Lucy Folk Infinity Ring – I had been looking for a ring like this to wear on my index finger for a long time. I did not buy this for a specific reason other than it was something I had been looking for stylistically. This ring doesn’t appear to be available at the moment so I am linking a very similar style here.

Occasionally I will add a different necklace. My boss at my first “real” job gave me a tiny elephant pendant I used to wear a lot that was meant for luck but then reminded me of my dad after he passed. I have a little star necklace that I like to wear in the summer. And this interlocking ring necklace was another affordable go to back in the day.

After Goldie girl was born I became obsessed with initial jewelry. I have been looking out for the perfect initial pendant since. I have come across a few that are so lovely but are a tiny bit too big for what I’m looking for. I really like this one.

As far as earrings go, I have been very into the mismatched trend going on as of late. I love this pair at the moment. And this pair has been on my list as well.

I’m not usually an anklet girl but recently came across a tiny pearl anklet and really love the idea of wearing one in the summer. I really like the imperfect shape of the pearls on this one and will be saving as inspiration for next year.
