Today is a very special day — it is my and JD’s 4 year wedding anniversary! My most overused saying these days but where did the time go? I cannot believe we have already been married for 4 years!!! I can picture everything as if it were just yesterday. And am still mad about a few things as if they happened yesterday, ha! One day I will be able to laugh about that party, maybe. We’ll see if I can get there.

Coming up this month on the blog — I have a few drafts in progress and a few already scheduled to go live at the moment. My goal is to continue to share two posts a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hardest part right now is that I am so excited to share each post that waiting until the scheduled day for it to go live is killing me. But you know, I think a schedule will be good for us all. Posting 5 posts in quick succession when I’m feeling particularly inspired and then none at all is a bit too erratic. Let’s savor the goodness and exercise patience.

Holiday home decor and what’s in my makeup bag coming your way this week and early next!

November in general always feels like it zips right by with a bunch of short work weeks and Thanksgiving. I am so excited this year to get on to holiday shopping and have already started sharing some gift guides to my LTK page. I always post little snippets there first so if you are curious what I am wearing on the daily or shopping, that is always the best place to check! I do plan to share those gift guides here as well and since shipping deadlines are much earlier this year you can expect to see them soon!

Other goals for the month are to make it out to the vineyards one last time before it gets too cold, same for long walks around the neighborhood.

And a quick note if you are in the New York area — I would say leaves in Central Park are on schedule to peak this coming weekend!
