The annual Nordstrom sale is overwhelming. It always gives me a twinge of anxiety, reminding us that Summer won’t last forever with the abundance of sweaters and ankle boots coming at you from every angle on Instagram for days on end. It’s a lot to take in and there is a lot of coverage to sift through. While I do find some of the shopping guides and try on sessions to be very helpful, a lot of the products featured end up being the same. Over the years I have noticed that while I do end up adding a few of the more popular items to my cart there are so many more goodies to be found that don’t make it into a lot of round ups – like this blue coat from Nordstrom sales past. The sale is limited so are my picks really going to be all that different? Probably not, but you never know. There are some good staples and fun pieces included in the sale this year (this top), and if a quick roundup can help make shopping the sale easier I’m happy to share my two cents.
