Switching the shop over from Pre-Fall to Fall seems like a big deal, doesn’t it? I love the change of seasons. It always feels like the beginning of a new chapter. As much as I love Summer I am so exciting for all the Fall things — pumpkin picking, going on family walks in the park to see the changing leaves, picnics to really savor the last of the warm days. Fun fact: JD and I got engaged on a picnic in the park in late November. It’s crazy to think that was almost 5 years ago! I can still picture it like it was yesterday.
This fall I am focusing on the classics when it comes to style — Cozy knits in neutral colors, always a mainstay in my wardrobe, the more oversized the better. Easy day to night dresses. Timeless slides and ankle boots. Elegant but interesting bags. And oversized jackets for layering.
