Simple, classic, minimal — the theme of this week. I have been looking around for a few specific pieces that have yet to pop up in my life, but some others did and I’m not mad about it.

01. I have been on the lookout the last few years for a good pair of cropped wide leg corduroys in a cream color and while these are not cropped they are too good not to mention. // 02. Basics are something I have been looking to update in my wardrobe and I love how the sweet pointelle detail on this tee elevates it. On it’s way to me now and I am so excited to style it. // 03. This ring reminds me of one by Lucy Folk that caught my eye last year, but at a friendlier price point. One of my hesitations had been investing in a piece that felt more trendy than a forever staple. But still the design stuck with me. The wavy detail gets me. // 04. Ballet flats are back and all the rage right now. I have had my eye on this square toe pair. I hear they’re pretty comfortable too! Looking forward to breaking a few of my old pairs out of storage this weekend. // 05. Lately I have found myself browsing handbags. Last year I bought myself this cutie but it’s tiny. I have been holding off on buying a new handbag for a long time now. I don’t like to buy luxury European brands stateside. The price difference is insane. Slightly off topic but last time we were in Italy I found a coat I loved for $350 (translated to usd) and decided to pass. I looked it up when we got home is was $1200 to buy here. I would have essentially been paying for it’s flight over here. After that I’ve had an aversion, specifically to handbags, but have not been back to buy anything sooo there is also that. And it has not stopped me from looking, ha. I need to be prepared! This bag caught my eye earlier this week and I have not stopped thinking about it. The knot detail is so different. It would make such an excellent work bag, or maybe diaper bag with an insert? Loveee.
