I love stripes. Some of my very favorite pieces of all time have ben striped tops. One in particular comes to mind, this black and cream breton striped tee with three quarter length sleeves and black and gold buttons on the shoulder. When I say I wore it until it fell apart I mean it. It was perfect and went with everything, could be dressed up or down. For years I have tried to find a replacement to no avail. I digress.

I shared this look on my instagram the other day and wanted to take a moment to chat about it here as well. This red and white striped pullover has been a favorite of mine all winter. It was a Mango sale purchase that has served me well these last few months, and one that I am happily bringing with me into spring. Sweaters are great year round in my book. They are perfect paired with shorts on cool spring days and summer evenings.
