My approach to dressing since we’ve moved has been to locate things that are comfortable and clean as nothing is organized at the moment and run with it. It has been lots of leggings and t shirts and the occasional dress. I have been thankful to myself for investing in elevated basics, they are helping me feel a tiny bit more put together.

This outfit came together on accident. I had these pants out and this shirt wasn’t wrinkled and when I put them on I had every thought it would be a disaster but I ended up loving this look so much and have since seen similar variations across the apps.

This shirt is old men’s J. Crew. I have very much benefited from JD cleaning out his closet and have acquired a few of his shirts for the perfect oversized look. These knit pants I’ve been raving about for years. They are the best! And I broke out my Canfora sandals from Capri that I haven’t worn in a minute.

Fun fact — Eleanor and I were going through my shoes last week and I realized that a lot of them are more snug than I remember. I think my feet grew during my pregnancy with Isabel. Definitely not a lot, most still fit but we are to the very edge in more than a few pairs.
