It’s that time of the year again!

Honestly, I used to hate this sale. I feel like the items included in it used to be better, but at the time I was working in sports television and would get upset at the big push for fall everything in the middle of July. Summer feels like a short season even though it extends into September due to school and activities starting up and well, the back to losing my nights and weekends aspect of it was upsetting. I no longer work in sports or television and now my perspective on the sale has changed, I can enjoy it a little more.

Earlier this week I went through the sale and shared some of my picks on stories but wanted to chat a little more about some of them here.

Last fall/winter I was very interested in finding a green plaid jacket. I really like this one and you cannot beat the price. I also like this plaid jacket a lot, it reminds me of Taylor Swift. And this yellow gingham jacket is also a good one.

Two of my favorite bras are included in the sale as well and need to be noted. I have been wearing this as my every day bra for years and plan to purchase a replacement or two during the sale. They make larger cup sizes and don’t hurt my back after a full day of wear, which is amazing. This strapless bra is my current favorite. I have been through a lot of them and am on my second of this exact one. It does a really good job of staying in place and again, comes in larger cup sizes and doesn’t kill my back.

I was not really impressed with the dresses this year, but there are some good tops and sweaters included in the sale, like this sweater I have and love in the burgundy color. A note on sizing — the fit is very oversized so you can size down, but if you plan to wear it as a dress as they say you can in some of the photos and are 5’6″ or above I would recommending sizing up. I am a tiny bit over 5’6″ with a long torso and could never wear my normal size as a dress. Also my favorite sneakers are included in a two colors. We talked about these a lot last fall when I debated getting them, if I’d wear them enough, etc. which seems so silly now as I wore them pretty much every single time I left the house since the day they arrived until spring rolled around and sandal weather began. They were excellent throughout my pregnancy, highly recommend getting if you are considering them!

And finally the baby deals! Both of our car seats are included this year! We have the Nuna Pipa for Isabel and the Rava for Eleanor and love them both! They’re both easy for me to lift and install in the car and come highly rated.
