Happy Friday! We’ve been busy around here this week. I feel like I say that every week but it’s true! E is officially on the move and has been for a few weeks so it has been fun chasing her around the apartment. Yesterday morning she was squealing as she made a beeline for the stairs as I “chased” after her. She is too cute, this stage has been so much fun, I love it. Which brings me to today’s volume of the Friday Five! All of these items are kind of around her and I’m just realizing this now, ha!

I have been trying to wrap up some lingering details for her birthday party coming up so soon, and putting together some things for her Easter basket. There are still a few things I need to cross off my list and am hoping to get them sorted this weekend. A trip downtown is in order to find edible flowers, and see if I can bring this vision of mine to life. Will have to document on stories so be sure to follow along! I cannot wait to get into all the details of her party!

01. I ordered this glass cake stand yesterday. I wanted to keep things simple and neutral but still aesthetically pleasing. The price point is also pretty good! I like the classic design here, and the fact that it comes with the dome. I think it will look cute on the table year round.
02. An Easter basket find—how cute is this little bunny holding a daffodil?! We’ve purchased a few toys by this brand and Goldie girl just loves them, they are so soft!
03. New pjs for the Easter basket as well! She just went through a growth spurt and we are in need of some new pajamas. Love the sweet floral print of this pair.
04. I discovered this wavy serving bowl while doing a little browsing for party table inspo. The asymmetric design caught my eye. There is an image of lemons in a shell bowl that I found on Pinterest that has been on my mind for months now and it reminds me a lot of that. It’s also on major sale right now (free shipping too!). I am hoping it will work in some capacity on the table, we shall see. I think it will have to depend on the menu—one of those things that needs some sorting this weekend.
05. And finally, this pretty floral top. I love a good floral top and envision pairing this with wide leg white denim, perhaps to wear at the party because it’s not like I’m going to end up covered in everything, ha! May need to rethink these daydream outfits for mama and puppy life. Finn alone, every time I wear white pants I end up covered in muddy paw prints. He will find mud, even if he has to stand in the planters.
